If you are able to log into some services, such as your UB email or ResNet, but not others, such as UB Secure, your password may be out of sync with the system. Log into the UBITName Management Tool using your UBITName and Password, then change your password to something else. It should sync up. Then, try configuring UB Secure again. If your device still can't connect to UB Secure, first try UB Secure WiFiSetup, then try manual configuration. If it still doesn't connect, contact the CIT Help Desk.
