Your Storage Limit with UB Gmail

Find out how much space your UBmail Powered by Google email messages and attachments can occupy.

Your UBmail Powered by Google Quota

Your quota (storage) use is based on the size of the messages and attachments in all of your mail folders.

10 GB is the storage quota for all UBmail Powered by Google (UB Gmail) email accounts.

Email Message Size Limits

You can send and receive email messages (including attachments) that are up to 25MB in size. Email messages over 25MB are not accepted by UBmail Powered by Google.

Avoid Exceeding Your UB Gmail Quota

Delete email and empty the trash often to prevent items in your inbox and trash folder from occupying storage space.

Save large attachments to another location and then delete the messages from your email. You can save attachments to your computer or your UBFS space.
