To have a copy of your email delivered to both your UBmail Powered by Exchange email address and another email address with:

1. Select Mail in the Navigation Pane.
2. Select Tools > Rules and Alerts.
   • If you have more than one email account in your Outlook email profile, click the Inbox to which you want the new rule to apply for Apply changes to this folder.
3. Click New Rule.
4. Select Check messages when they arrive. Click Next.
5. Select each condition that you want the incoming message to match for Step 1: Select condition(s).
6. Click the underlined value that corresponds to the condition for Step 2: Edit the rule description. In the popup window that appears, select or enter the necessary information for the condition. Click OK.
7. Click Next.
8. Select forward it to people or distribution list for Step 1: Select action(s).
9. Click people or distribution list for Step 2: Edit the rule description.
10. In one of the address lists, double click the recipient to whom you want to forward the messages. Click OK.
11. Click Next twice.
12. Enter a name for Step 1: Specify a name for this rule.
    • Select Run this rule now on messages already in "folder name” to run this rule on the messages that are already in your folders.
    • Select Create this rule on all accounts to apply this rule to all of your email accounts and inboxes. (This option is not selectable if you do not have more than one e-mail account or Inbox.)
13. Click Finish.
14. Click OK.

1. Select Mail in the Navigation Pane.
2. Select Home tab > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts.
   • If you have more than one email account in your Outlook email profile, click the Inbox to which you want the new rule to apply for Apply changes to this folder.
3. Click New Rule.
4. Select Apply rule on messages I receive. Click Next.
5. Select each condition that you want the incoming message to match for Step 1: Select condition(s).
6. Click the underlined value that corresponds to the condition for Step 2: Edit the rule description. In the popup window that appears, select or enter the necessary information for the condition. Click OK.
7. Click Next.
8. Select forward it to people or public group for Step 1: Select action(s).
9. Click people or public group for Step 2: Edit the rule description.
10. Enter the recipient to whom you want to forward the messages. Click OK.
11. Click Finish.
12. Click OK.

To cancel a forward that you have set up with:

1. Select Mail in the Navigation Pane.
2. Select Tools > Rules and Alerts.
   • If you have more than one email account in your Outlook email profile, click the Inbox to which you want the new rule to apply for Apply changes to this folder.
3. In the list of rules, select the email forward rule you want to delete.
4. Select Delete.
5. Click Yes for Delete rule.
6. Click OK.

3. In the list of rules, select the email forward rule you want to delete.
4. Select Delete.

2. Select Tools > Rules and Alerts.

5. Click Yes.
6. Click OK.
