Click on the Options button in the upper right corner
and scroll down to Mobile Devices on the left.
Click on the desired smartphone to highlight it and click
Wipe all data from device…
Smartphone status will change to “pending”. The
next time the device connects to the service provider's network or
a wireless network, it will receive the wipe command and erase all
data from the device.
You will receive an automated email once the device is
wiped.
