Use email forwarding to take mail destined for one email address and redirect it to a different email address. You can set a forward so email addressed to your UB email address is delivered to any non-UB email address

If your email is on UBmail Powered by Exchange you will not
receive a confirmation email and your forward will not be set. You
should not use this tool to set or change your forwards if your
email is on UBmail Powered by Exchange. Instead, set
or remove your forwards using Outlook.

Forwarding is automatically checked to ensure the destination address still exists. A forward will be removed if it points to an account that no longer exists.
