The UBmail system you use depends on your primary role (affiliation) with UB and the UB department or school with which you are affiliated.

Determine whether your email system is:

UBmail Powered by Google (UB Gmail)

UBmail (Central Email)

UBmail Powered by Exchange (Exchange mail)

  • If you are a faculty or staff member whose department uses Exchange mail, this is your email system.
  • See a partial list of groups that use UBmail Powered by Exchange.
  • Students are not eligible for Exchange mail.
