Subscribing to Google groups from your UBmail Powered by Google account is not an option. Open a regular Google account through Google to subscribe to Groups. Use your regular Google account in a different browser than your UBmail Powered by Google session.

Sometimes the password file is out of sync. Try re-setting your password and see if you are able to log into your newly configured email.

To deactivate your UBmail, submit a form to request it be deactivated. (Read more...)

You must log into your UBmail Powered by Google at least once every 90 days in order to keep it, even if you forward your email to another address.  If you didn't log in at least once every 90 days, and you can no longer log in, submit a form and request to opt-in.
