If you received email messages previously but are not currently
receiving any, there are several possible causes.
Possible causes of undelivered incoming messages include:
- You have exceeded your UBmail (Central Mail) quota.
- Your email is being forwarded to another email address and you
should delete any forwards you have set.
- The incoming messages are too large. Email messages over 25MB
are not accepted by UBmail (Central Mail). Attachments must be a
combined total of 15MB or less per message.
