Why aren't my incoming messages showing up?

If you received email messages previously but are not currently receiving any, there are several possible causes.

Possible causes of undelivered incoming messages include:

  • You have exceeded your UBmail (Central Mail) quota.
  • Your email is being forwarded to another email address and you should delete any forwards you have set.
  • The incoming messages are too large. Email messages over 25MB are not accepted by UBmail (Central Mail). Attachments must be a combined total of 15MB or less per message.
