If you try to use your address book to select recipients for an email message but information from your Contacts folder does not appear in the list, there are steps you can take to fix the problem.
To help protect your computer, Microsoft Outlook does not allow you to receive files of certain types as attachments. Outlook blocks these files by default.
If the Search Folders do not appear in Outlook Web Access (OWA), connect to the same mailbox in Outlook with the Cached Exchange Mode option turned off.
If email messages that are not spam are delivered to the Junk E-mail folder in your Microsoft Outlook email client, lower the sensitivity of Outlook's junk email filter and ensure that the email's sender is not on Outlook's list of blocked senders.
