The online scheduler will not let me add a reservation

There may be several reasons why the online scheduler does not allow you to add a reservation.

Check the following:

Is someone else already scheduled at your time?
Are you using your UBITName to schedule your reservation online?
Are you trying to schedule a time that somebody else scheduled, but didn't show up for? The scheduler gives you 15 minutes to show up before you are a no-show.
