The online scheduler will not let me add a reservation

There may be several reasons why the online scheduler does not allow you to add a reservation. Please contact a staff member at either Lockwood or Silverman libraries, or send an email to libcirc@buffalo.edu.

Check the following:

  • Is someone else already scheduled at your time?
  • Are you using your UBITName to schedule your reservation online?
  • Are you trying to schedule a time that somebody else scheduled, but didn't show up for? The scheduler gives you 15 minutes to show up before you are a no-show.
