I cannot connect to the Internet with my laptop

There are steps you can take if you cannot connect your laptop to the Internet in a collaborative learning space.

Did you successfully log into the UB network with your UBITName?

If no, review the UB_Secure instructions to connect to wireless.
If yes, check to see if you can log into another URL (try off campus and on campus).

Call the CIT Help Desk at (716) 645-3542 and let them know what progress you've made.
