Using Reminders

Learn how Outlook can notify you of appointments and meetings.

About Reminders

When you create any type of Calendar entry, a reminder is set automatically.

Unless you adjust the reminder, Outlook will notify you of your appointments and meetings 15 minutes before they start. For all day events, the default reminder time is 18 hours in advance.
