  • Check that Java is installed.
  • For Chrome and Firefox, make sure the Java plugin is allowed on that page.
  • In the Java control panel, in the Security tab, check Enable Java content in the browser.

I'm having Java problems

  1. Close your browser.
  2. Open your system's Control Panel, then select Java.
  3. Select the Security tab.
  4. Make sure the slider is at Medium.
  5. Uncheck Enable Java content in the browser, then click Apply.
  6. Check Enable Java content in the browser, then click Apply.
  7. Open your browser and connect to SUNY WebConnect. You should now get the appropriate Java questions.
