• Sign up with the Alumni Association to convert to a Google account with your same .buffalo.edu address, which you retain for life.  If you do not opt in for Google, your existing email in your account will be deleted six months after your degree conferral date and you will no longer have access to email at UB.
• You have six months from your degree conferral date to download your files from UBlearns, UBFS, and your website to your personal computer. Your files will not be accessible after that, and will be deleted. There are 3 official degree conferral dates at UB: June 1, September 1, and February 1.
•  You retain access to HUB.

• Contact either the professor of the class you are completing or an administrative staff member in the department of the course you are completing.  They must send to the CIT Help Desk by email or fax (716-645-3617) on departmental letterhead: 
  • Your full name
  • Information that you are finishing an Incomplete
  • Your person number
  • His/her contact information for follow-up
• You will continue to have access to UB email for 6 months.
• All files and resources remain available for 6 months.
• You retain access to HUB.

• You continue to have access to UB email for the length of your leave.
• All files and resources remain available for the length of your leave.
• You retain access to HUB.
• Contact the Office of Student Accounts  (UBstudentaccounts@buffalo.edu) to confirm your leave has been approved.

If you were enrolled in the spring semester, you continue to have access to all your UBIT resources for the summer.

• If you have not graduated, are not enrolled for the fall or spring semester, are not working on an Incomplete or have not been granted an official Leave of Absence, you are not affiliated with UB, and lose access to your email and files at the end of the drop/add period.
• You retain access to HUB.

• You must contact the Office of the Registrar to re-enroll.
• Once you re-enroll you will have access to UB email, files and resources.
