Freshman Applicants and Transfer Students Account Claim Credentials

Freshman and Transfer students, excluding Non-Matriculated and International students, receive their account claim credentials in two separate letters.

  • Your UB Person Number is located at the bottom of your Application Acknowledgement letter, which was emailed to you.
  • Your UBITName and single-use password were sent in postal mail.

If you can't locate your UB Person Number, contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday:
