All UB Affiliates, including Non-Matriculated Students, 60 and
Over Auditors and Official Volunteers, may retrieve their
single-use password from the CIT Help Desk.
Look up your UBITName online in the UB Online Directory.
Bring government-issued ID with a photo and date of birth to the
CIT Help Desk to receive your single-use password.
Alternately, official government-issued ID with a photo and date
of birth, along with a telephone number where you may be reached
during CIT Help Desk hours and a request for your single-use
password, may be faxed to the CIT Help Desk. Provide a time during
CIT Help Desk hours when you will be reachable.
Look up your name in the UB Online Directory to learn your UBITName.
If it's not listed and you are enrolled at UB as a student, you
may have filed FERPA and should call the CIT Help Desk at
716-645-3542 to arrange for an identity verification.
