Returning to UB

If you are returning to UB, your old UBITName will be reactivated:

  • You can use your UBITName immediately if you remember your password;  you do not need to claim your UBITName.
  • FAX a copy of government-issued photo ID with your date of birth on it, along with a telephone number where you can be reached, to  the CIT Help Desk if you don't remember your password. You will receive new claim credentials and will need to claim your UBITName again.
