I can only log in to certain services

Check the Services Dashboard on the UB Information Technology home page to see at a glance any services that are reported as not working properly.

If there are no system problems, try resetting your password, which synchronizes the password database for all services.

If you are still unable to log in, contact the CIT Help Desk for assistance.
