You can change your administrative account’s password. You must renew it periodically in order for it to remain active.

If you do not have saved answers or cannot answer your questions correctly, and you are the owner of record for the account, send email to the CIT Help Desk can set your UBITName to an unactivated (unclaimed) state and provide you with a single-use password.
Administrative Accounts are created or renewed for 2, 6 or 12
months. As the expiration date for your administrative account
approaches, a notice will be sent to the account and can serve as a
