announced the search for UB’s Director of IT Customer
Reporting to the VPCIO, the Director of IT Customer Service is responsible for providing visionary leadership to support and improve the customer and end-user device support experience.
The Director of IT Customer Service manages the functions of the CIT Help Desk, classroom support, university owned end user device support, student learning space support and customer relationship management. This position will be responsible for directing IT support for faculty, staff, and students at UB through centralized IT staff and coordinated with distributed technical staff.
As a member of the VPCIO’s senior leadership team, the Director of IT Customer Service will help measure customer satisfaction with IT and work with others within the VPCIO organization.
