CleanWipe is a batch-file based utility that completely removes the following products and versions, when uninstalling does not work:

• Symantec Client Security 3.0 and newer
  
• Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager version 11.0 and newer
  
• Symantec Protection Center (SEP Small Business Edition) 12.0 and newer
  
• Windows LiveUpdate 2.0 and newer
  

CleanWipe 12.1 does not replace CleanWipe 6.3, which works on older products such as:

• Norton AntiVirus 7.6.x
  
• Symantec System Center 10.0.x
  
• Symantec AV Server 10.0.x
• Symantec AV (SAV) Client 10.0.x
• Symantec Client Security (SCS) 3.x
• Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 11.x
