During these sessions, the UB Learns support team will build a new course site using Ultra Course View, highlighting the advantages and some of the challenges of the new course view.

Additional topics include adding content, Panopto integration, discussion forums, assessments and the gradebook. Attendees will leave these sessions with the knowledge to make informed decisions about whether the new course view is right for their courses.

Ultra Course View in UB Learns: is it ready for you?

Original Course View is the UB Learns course view that faculty currently use, and will remain the default. Blackboard’s new Ultra Course View offers a more intuitive user interface and a modern, responsive design, but is not yet as full-featured as Original Course View.

UB Learns will continue to support both course views to ensure that faculty have the tools and functions that best meet their course objectives.
