Planned maintenance activities will be performed on equipment that serves UB's telephone system (VoIP).
All systems will be briefly unavailable while core network maintenance takes place. Call forwarding during this maintenance window will not be possible. All calls to the University will briefly ring busy, or callers may hear a message from their carrier that the number is unavailable.
- All Campus IP Telephones
During this maintenance window, active telephone calls will not be dropped. Telephones with calls in progress will lose their soft-key functionality and the telephone display will indicate features are not available. Your telephone will reconnect automatically when maintenance is completed.
- Campus Voicemail
Access to Campus Voicemail will be interrupted during this maintenance window. No messages will be lost.
- Telephone Broadcast Paging
Telephone Broadcast Paging will be briefly unavailable during this maintenance window.
- Cisco Jabber
