Planned maintenance activities will be performed on equipment that serves UB's telephone system (VoIP).

The Call Center system provides telephone call routing and queuing services for the UBIT Help Center , Student Response Centers, University Facilities Customer Services, Campus Living and School of Management.
Planned maintenance activities will be performed on UB's call center systems. During this maintenance window, all Call Center features, functionality and services will be available.
No interruption in service is expected.

Call Center systems will be having bug fixes and security patches applied
