-- Call Center
The Call Center system provides telephone call routing and queuing services for the UBIT Help Center, Student Response Center and University Facilities customer services functions.
Planned maintenance activities will be performed on UB's Call Center systems. During this maintenance window, all Call Center features, functionality and services will be available.
-- Campus Telephones
During this maintenance window, active telephone calls will not be dropped. Telephones with calls in progress will lose their soft-key functionality and the telephone display will indicate "CM not available". CM is the Call Manager, a telephone subsystem that routes calls and provides telephone capabilities.
You will experience a momentary interruption of approximately 5 minutes as phones download and update software.
-- Campus Voicemail
During this maintenance window, all telephone and voicemail features, functionality and services will be available, while technical staff service the voicemail system.

The Unified Contact Center, Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection voicemail platforms and telephones will be upgraded to the latest v11 software release to provide additional features and functionality, bug/security fixes and patches.
