Planned maintenance activities will be performed on equipment that serves UB's telephone system (VoIP).

During this maintenance window, active telephone calls will not be dropped. Telephones with calls in progress will lose their soft-key functionality and the telephone display will indicate "CM not available". CM is the Call Manager, a telephone subsystem that routes calls and provides telephone capabilities.
You will experience a momentary interruption of approximately 5 minutes as phones update their firmware.
