Carol Schmeidler and Kelly Haidar from UB Environment, Health and Safety (both with extensive experience in evaluating workplace ergonomics) helped us learn how to achieve a more comfortable fit in our workspaces. They demonstrated ergonomic keyboards, mice and how to properly adjust chairs.
