Learning Systems

CEI’s Learning Systems team plays a vital role in the university’s academic mission through the system administration and direct end-user support for two essential services: UB Learns and UB Clicks.

UB Learns (Learning Management System)

The UB Learns support team is currently overseeing the adoption of Blackboard’s Ultra Experience, with a target date for full implementation set for spring 2021.

UB Learns provides faculty with an online environment to create, deliver and manage their course content, as well as monitor participation and assess performance among learners.

The UB Learns support team, composed of CEI staff, provides a number of resources for faculty, staff and students who are using UB Learns.

UB Clicks (Classroom Response Systems)

The UB Clicks support team, composed of CEI staff, provides a number of resources to faculty, staff and students who are using UB Clicks, including a help site and support by email and phone.
