As if you needed another reason to indulge in summer’s tastiest tradition, Akron, N.Y.-based Perry’s Ice Cream has crafted a UB-themed flavor called True to the Blue. It combines vanilla ice cream with salty caramel swirls and blue pretzel balls. Perry’s, whose president and CEO is Robert Denning (EMBA ’00), donated a tub of the cool concoction to UB’s South Campus Child Care Center. It appears the kids enjoyed it.
