Assisting students with understanding how their course work
meets degree requirements for a timely and successful
graduation.
Academic Advising had a successful system “Go-Live”
in June 2011 (for all undergraduate programs and plans).
Students and staff can now produce the Academic Requirements,
“What If” and Transfer Credit reports (which have
replaced DARS). The Academic Requirements report is based
upon a student’s current intended (or approved) major
in HUB. The “What if” report provides students
with information on how their completed coursework would apply to a
major they have an interest in possibly pursuing. The
Transfer Credit report is a summary of all transfer credit work
students have completed.
There is a network of “First
Advisors” to assist staff who has questions regarding any
of the degree audit reports.
