Strategic Information Reporting Initiative (SIRI)
As SIRI Phase II nears to a close with the initial delivery of financial and HR data, the team is actively engaged in Phase III to round out the financial and HR subject areas with additional data and reports. The SIRI Customer Team, consisting of representatives from around campus, is busy designing a CFO dashboard and set of reports focused on what campus financial officers need on a regular basis. The designs will be the foundation for future dashboards and reports.
A sampling of recent additions to SIRI include: 30 Financial, HR, and Procurement (eReq, Inventory, and Procurement Card) reports; new p-Card report tab under Procurement; Student Dashboard with Course and Degree report tabs; Support Tables Dashboard with Entity, State and RF Chart of Accounts, and State OEC report tabs; new Endowment tab in the Money/Account dashboard with market value and principal balance information including an image of the Deed of Gift; and Course tab under the People/Person Dashboards.
The reports now cover all the same functionality found in the InfoSource On-Line Financial and HR Reports. The People and Money Dashboards cover all of the functionality found in UBBusiness People and Money and BARS Campus Inquiry screens, plus more!
The SIRI Team greatly appreciates all the positive feedback and suggestions from our customers.
