Charge
- Develop detailed implementation plans sufficient for the Executive Committee and the President to make informed decisions about executing the recommendations of the HR Strategic Transformation Team.
- The Plans will include a detailed analysis of the costs, resources, and timelines necessary to implement the various recommendations.
- The Plans will provide a list of sequenced and prioritized actions necessary to implement each of the recommendations.
- The Plans will illustrate the redesign of existing HR processes, provide a detailed outline of new or revised HR organizational structures complete with staffing levels and reporting relationships, and will include an analysis (including costs and ROI) and recommendation for integrating any new or enhanced technologies.
