Deliverables

The project deliverables are as follows:

  • high-level analysis of the existing HR services delivery model
  • overarching documented set of goals for transforming the delivery of HR services supported by specific strategies for attaining those goals
  • documented organizational structure complete with staffing levels and reporting relationships
  • documented description of roles and responsibilities
  • documented set of process diagrams illustrating new or enhanced processes, services or programs
  • documented description of technology or system enhancements
  • documented strategy required for next steps in HR transformation.

External Assessment

Designing a New Model
Strategy
  • Create a set of recommended goals and strategic objectives for human resources at UB
Processes
  • Create on-going processes for delivering HR services
  • Establish a process for measuring and monitoring performance of HR services
Technology
  • Identify any technology needed to support the delivery of human resource services
Organizational structures
  • Develop organizational relationships / reporting structures

Deliverables
  • Recommendation for a new HR service delivery model (Alignment of People, Process, Strategy, Technology)

Refining the Recommendations
Test the recommendations with various internal stakeholders and customers
