Our work doesn’t stop at the campus borders. Through
public events and partnerships with sustainability-centered
community organizations, our efforts help bolster the
sustainability conversation in Western New York and beyond.
Throughout April, Governors Complex and Greiner Hall are being pitted against each other in an energy competiton. The building that is able to reduce their energy consumption by the largest percentage will be awarded money to “Green It Forward” and donate to a local environmentally-oriented organization.
Across campus, anyone can get in on the competition by sharing what your doing to #greenitforwardUB. 5 lucky winners will be randomly selected throughout the month of April from all those who use the #greenitforwardUB hashtag to share their sustainaiblty actions!
