On Wednesday, February 12th, Get a behind-the-scenes tour and
tasting of UB’s award-winning Crossroads Culinary
The Professional Staff Senate's Sustainable Living Committee has
organized a behind-the-scenes tour and tasting at Crossroads
Culinary Center for UB employees.
The event will be held at noon on February 12. Crossroads
Culinary Center is located in the Red Jacket Quad of Ellicott
Complex on UB's North Campus. Campus Dining and Shops will lead
participants on a tour of C3, which will be followed by a tasting
of some of the food available at the award-winning
facility. The tasting will be followed by a brief update
on UB's sustainability efforts from Chief Sustainability Officer
This is the inaugural event in a new sustainability series being
presented by the PSS Sustainable Living Committee.
