TAO Self-Help is a completely private online library of behavioral resources that includes interactive educational modules and practice tools to help you understand and manage how you feel, think and act.
With TAO (Therapy Assistance Online) Self-Help you can learn stress management, mindfulness skills, problem solving, relationship skills and more, all online at your own speed. The TAO platform is completely private and secure with no contact from a mental health professional. Access is available to all students, faculty and staff from any computer or mobile device with a buffalo.edu email address. TAO is self-help when you need it, where you need it.
