Take a Break From Stress

Have 5 minutes of free time?  Take a break from stress with a new weekly campus service:  Stressbusters.  Drop-in for a back rub, coupled with helpful stress management tips provided by student volunteers.

  • Mondays, 11 a.m. - Noon, 114 Student Union
  • Wednesdays, Noon – 1 p.m., Health Sciences Library (3rd floor)

Special kick-off dates:

  • Thurs. 10/12, 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Student Union Lobby
  • Fri. 10/13, Noon – 1 p.m. Student Union Lobby
