Ready, Set, Buffalo

UB Students serving the Buffalo community.

Published May 31, 2017

Ready, Set, Buffalo is a summer service program designed to assist incoming students as they learn about the UB campus and surrounding community. Participants will meet new people while giving back to the local community and getting a head start on their college experience.

This program takes place during the week leading up to Opening Weekend in the Fall semester. Participants planning to live on campus will move into their residence hall early and then meet up with their team leaders for a welcome BBQ. While participating in the program everyone will be staying together in the Buffalo Hostel, performing community service with a variety of local agencies, meeting UB staff and site seeing around Buffalo.

The cost of the program includes lodging, food, entrance fees, and transportation. For price details and to apply for Ready, Set, Buffalo, visit the UBLinked page.
