These free yoga classes are designed to be safe, welcoming, fun and relaxing. Universal Design Yoga focuses on the participation of all students, with tolerance for error and an open approach to utilizing various traditions.
These classes are for all students, including international students, veterans and military students, students with disabilities, and students who are stressed out

The benefits of practicing meditation can include reduced stress, improved sleep, and a more focused mind. Do you want to learn how to meditate? Or would you like assistance with your current meditation practice? All experience levels are welcome. This session is offered weekly and is followed by our weekly Meditation Group at the same location.
Attending a meditation group can reinforce your desire to practice meditation daily and help you to expand your skills. It also can connect you with other students who are interested in mindfulness practices. All experience levels are welcome. This group is offered weekly and follows our weekly "Intro to Meditation" session. Drop-in when you can.
Koru mindfulness students are less-stressed, sleep better, and have more self-compassion. Now you can learn the fundamentals of mindfulness and several different techniques to practice mindfulness every day through this free program. With Koru, you can find ways to better manage your stress, and lead a healthier life.
Choose from the four-session course, a four-hour retreat day program or both.
You must register in advance for the Koru four-session course. You do not have to register in advance for the Koru retreat day.
To register for a four-session Koru course, please complete and submit the registration information; you will need to attend all four classes in order to participate in this course. The Koru course is designed for 12-15 students. You will be emailed to confirm your registration before the first class. If the class is filled, we will inform you when the class is offered again in the future.
Koru 1: No pre-requsite required
Koru 2: You must successfully complete Koru 1 to register for Koru 2
At this time we do not have a limit on the number of participants who can attend a Koru four-hour retreat day. We do not close registration on retreat days.
