This study will explore the relationship-specific motivations for drinking alcohol with and apart from a romantic partner.
Examines relationship-specific motivations for drinking alcohol
with and apart from one’s partner. The study develops and
tests a new measure of relationship-specific drinking motives, and
examines relationship-motivated drinking processes using ecological momentary assessment (EMA) and
naturalistic observation via the Electronically Activated Recorder
(EAR) in emerging adult romantic couples. In collaboration with
