Mind and Society

Research to better understand how we behave individually and as members of small and large groups, as well as how we organize our institutions to do such things as transact business, govern, teach, and deliver social services. There is also perspective on the humanities and how arts and culture impact our lives. Research in this area is housed in UB's College of Arts and Sciences and schools of architecture and planning, education, informatics, law, management, public health, and social work.
