|Description||This research is being done to evaluate the effectiveness of various pain medications to treat headache in the setting of acute and subacute ischemic stroke. |
Participants will be asked to be in this study for about 14 hours.
Study Visits will be in downtown Buffalo at Buffalo General Hospital
|Objective||(CSR# 180465915887) This is an observational study that is using questionnaires to compare patient reported symptoms after using different analgesics to treat headaches associated with acute and subacute stroke. |

Patients identified to have headache associated with acute and subacute ischemic stroke.
Patient must be able to rate their pain on a visual analogue scale (VAS) ranging from 0-10
