|Title||Exergaming Intervention for Family Caregivers|
|Description||The three specific aims of this study are: 1. Examine the effects of eight weeks of Nintendo Wii® game play on salivary and hair cortisol, 2.Compare changes in quality of life and emotional well-being using Nintendo Wii® with respect to self-reported questionnaires, 3. Evaluate functional fitness pre and post using Nintendo Wii® for eight weeks.
Participants will be asked to partake in the study for 13 weeks.
Study visits will be at the University at Buffalo, South Campus.

|Objective||To examine the effects of 8 weeks of Nintendo Wii game play on salivary and hair cortisol (Primary Outcome Measure), self-reported questionnaires, and functional fitness in an aging caregiving population.
