The SWIFT approach empowers both entities to set research and licensing terms at the project planning stage, reducing transaction time and eliminating lengthy, costly negotiations from the partnering process.

• Preferred Terms Fee:
  • Paid in advance to lock in preferred exclusive license terms
  • 50% allocated to PI’s (or Co-PIs) non-sponsored research account
  • PI, Company and UB must agree to SWIFT
