October 27, 1994: Vol26n8: 2222: Public Safety Weekly Report The following are some of the incidents that were reported to the Department of Public Safety between Oct. 7 and 13: o Public Safety reported Oct. 7 that a man was found in the air duct behind Baird Hall. According to officers, the man is a mountain climber who decided to climb the building. o A man reported Oct. 10 that someone entered a Fronczak Hall office and shook a computer, damaging the hard disk drive. The complainant spent two days trying to restore lost material on the computer, according to Public Safety. o Four steel drums, valued at $1,375, were reported missing Oct. 11 from a truck parked at the Wende Hall loading dock. o A man reported Oct. 11 that while he was on Putnam Way, his wallet, containing cash, credit cards and cash, was taken from the backpack on the back of his wheelchair. o A man reported Oct. 12 that there was a naked man behind Hayes Hall. According to Public Safety, the man was gone when officers arrived. o A videocassette recorder, valued at $800, was reported missing Oct. 12 from Fillmore Hall.
