ItUs Holiday Recipe Contest Time
Go look it up - that favorite holiday recipe, the one that family and
friends clamor for because itUs sooo good. It can bring you fame and
fortune - just by sharing it with your UB colleagues, you could have
it  published in the Reporter and win a prize besides. 
	Our annual recipe contest begins right now - itUs open to
faculty, staff and students. 
	WeUll judge  it for taste appeal, ease of preparation,
originality, and its contribution to a healthy diet. Winner of the
recipe judged the best will receive a handsome coffee table cook book
as a prize. 
	Please  type the recipe in cook book style with ingredients
first, directions following - and put your name, address, department,
your UB title and phone number at the top of the page. If thereUs a
brief RstoryS about the recipe - how you created it, what kind of
traditions it represents, how many years youUve served it to rave
reviews, etc., include that, too.
