September 8, 1994: Vol26n2: Info on signing on to Buffalo Free-Net

Guest users in the community should follow these instructions:

o 	Set modem to the following: 
	No parity, 8 bit, VT 100 emulation

o 	Dial directly to 716-645-3085

o 	Your screen should then say: 
	Trying 128.205.3.99
	Connected to 128.205.3.99

o	If it does not, hit the return key three or four times until
it  asks you to log in.

o	Type: your personal user id or FREEPORT (the guest user id)

The menu will now appear. Those who want to apply for a personal
account, allowing for personal mail delivery, etc.,  can select RApply
for an AccountS from the Administration Office  menu and follow
instructions.
