How Do I Get a Recycling Blue Bin?

Different municipalities have different systems set up to obtain or replace your curbside bin. Find your municipality below to figure out how you can get a blue bin.

City of Buffalo

The City of Buffalo has numberous locations throughout the city that provide replacement bins free of charge. Below, we've provided several locations by UB's South Campus. For other locations in Buffalo not listed here, please visit Erie County Recycling.

Town of Amherst

Replacement Recycle Bins are available at the Amherst Town Clerk's Office for a $5.00 fee.

Tonawanda

There are three ways in which you may acquire a new recycling bin:
(1) Bring your broken bin to our facility and we will replace it free of charge.
(2) Extra bins may be purchased at our facility for a fee of $5.00 per bin.
(3) Call the Highway Department at 875-8822 and request a new bin
