Personal training is one-on-one or group instruction that incorporates exercise screening, goal setting, and health education. Following a fitness consultation, a trainer will design a challenging workout routine specifically designed for your individual needs. Your trainer will be there is instruct you on proper technique, introduce you to exercise that target your specific goals, and motivate you towards your full potential.

You can sign-up for all Personal Training programs in-person on North Campus at 175 Alumni Arena. You will need a valid photo ID and must be 18+.
