    We may be practicing social distancing, but we can still workout and stay fit both physically and mentally.

    UBRec Fitness will once again be offering in-person fitness classes fall 2021. This semester, we will be offering four unique fitness class series, taking place on North Campus. Classes will be held weekly following the UB academic calendar. Come join us, as we safely move back to in-person classes to promote health and wellness to our UB population and community. As per UB, facemasks will be required for all patrons indoors. Permits will give you access to all series and classes, including the virtual options.

Fuse fitness and fun with quality group fitness classes.

It's easy to slack off on a treadmill in the far corner of the gym, but in a group fitness class, your heart rate will be up the entire time. From the music, to the encouragment from your instructor and sweat pouring off everyone around you, you'll feel motivated to push yourself more than if you were alone.

If you're new to working out, there is no better place to start than a group fitness class.

Joining a community that is also committed to fitness and self-improvement can make a huge difference in your overall progress. It's motivating to find yourself in a class with different people who are all striving towards the same goal.
